A few years back I was exploring different parallax libraries for work and came across Skrollr. I initially liked the simplicity of just adding data attributes to an html tag. I took photos of my paintings. Then in photoshop, made layers to differentiate the foreground and backgrounds.
Unfortunately, my implementation was a bit cumbersome and I had some trouble making the parallax responsive. So, this may not work well on a mobile device. Sorry.
